FitTop material is prepared, checked and kept current by the site's editorial team. Publications are signed by the editorial team while the project has no subject specialists with verifiable qualifications; individual author pages will be added as such people join.
Qualifications: verifiable facts
- Authorship: texts are prepared through the FitTop editorial process — outline, source collection, draft, fact check, editorial review (see /en/editorial-policy/).
- No personal medical qualifications: members of the editorial team do not hold a physician, physiotherapist or certified-trainer qualification; material is not medical advice.
- Claims about training load rest on verifiable public sources (official recommendations from professional bodies and peer-reviewed publications); every material carries a source list with access dates.
- Use of AI: texts are prepared with the help of automation tools, but no material is published without an editorial check of its sources and claims.
The FitTop editorial team is responsible for preparing, fact-checking and keeping the site's material current.
Every item follows the same path: outline, source collection, draft, a factual check of every numeric claim, editorial review of language and internal links. Sources are listed at the end of each material with an access date, and the last-reviewed date is shown on the page.
It is important to understand the limits of this signature: the editorial team is not a doctor and not a trainer. The site's general plans and calculators do not replace individual advice from a specialist, and subjects that require a medical opinion (injuries, pregnancy, chronic conditions, rehabilitation) fall outside the scope of our publications.
Reports of an error in material are accepted through the contact page (the trust pages are published together with the rest of the site's sections); corrections are made transparently, and substantive ones are marked in the changelog.
